ISO: Las Manitas Refried Beans Receipe from Jan/Feb 2002 issue of Saveur Magazine

I know the restaurant has closed, but I am looking for this refried beans recipe. I have Googled for it, searched the Saveur Mag website, and searched this forum, to no avail. I would be eternally grateful if someone has it handy and could post the recipe or a scan of the recipe from the magazine.
