Anyone have a good savory biscotti recipes that they have tried? Something that could be dunked in soup. There's a recipe on the King Arthur site for Savory Cheese Biscotti that I might try, but thought I'd ask around first for recommendations.
I have never made savory biscotti, though I make sweet all the time. I think it's a great idea, though to me this recipe looks too fatty. The sweet biscotti I make use only eggs -- no butter or shortening -- and are great. With a cup of cheese and all those nuts I would guess you could eliminate the extra fat altogether and it would still be delicious.
