Chula Vista: Pho Hiep & Grill

I love this place, I only wish I had an excuse to go to Chula Vista regularly. I found their website, they have a Linda Vista location that I'm hoping to try soon. Anyways, the service was great and very attentive, even though they were packed. I had the Duck Bun (#34). It had plenty of duck in it - a combo of ribs and organs. The ribs were great, the organs were a little tough and chewy, but the broth was delicious. Even the small was too big for me to finish.
My friend had some Pho and loved it as well. We had the egg rolls (the fried kind) and they were yummy, you know, for a fried egg roll.

Is this place still open? I've been looking for Pho in Chula Vista, but afraid it won't be as good as the ones I've tried by Kearny Mesa.

Pho Convoy Noodle House Restaurant in Otay is pretty good and so is Pho Hiep & Grill, but I've only been to the Eastlake one, but as far as I know, both are still open.
