Which of Garces' restaurants would you choose?

I was heading for Amada for an anniversary dinner and then realized he's got several others. Which one to choose?

    1. Distrito is my favorite, Amada and Tinto are tied for second, Chifa is my least favorite.

Amada is my favorite; if you haven't been definitely go. If you have been, try one of the others, they are all good. Distrito is my second favorite,

            1. +1 for Amada

                1. Amada.

                    1. I like Amada, but think Tinto has more interesting food. That being said, Distrito is my favorite Garces spot, but for a special occasion I would choose Tinto or Amada.

                        1. Amada

                            1. amada hands down, then tinto in 2nd, with distrito in third...but really, can't go wrong with Garces, everything he touches turns to gold now...

                                1. Tinto and Amada are both great and have amazing foor. I'd pick Tinto if i had to choose. Distrito is just a fun experience which you cant compare to any other restaurants. But I am surprised I have not seen anyone mention one of my favorites Village Whiskey. Burgers are the best ever. Duck fat fries!

                                    1. Oh i reread the post, i thought you just meant preferences. for an anniversary id say Tinto

                                        1. Tinto.

                                            1. I'm on the Amada bandwagon, sit at the Chef's Counter and get the tasting menu with wine pariing, it's so much fun and the food is just great!

                                                1. Anniversary dinner? I go to Chifa. They have some more intimate tables...

                                                    1. village whiskey
