smoked bacon ?

I want to try and repicate a really delicious gnocci that I ate
made with smoked bacon. Does anyone know of any sources in SF?

Hobbs's is great. I know Golden Gate Meat stocks it. You probably want to buy a chunk of slab bacon so you can dice it a little larger than the usual slice thickness.
