Best Cheese Plate

I'll be visiting San Francisco soon and want to track down the best cheese plate in town. Thoughts?

Manresa's is spectacular, but they're in Los Gatos. They have a special battery-powered cart that keeps the cheese at the exact right temperature.

    Gary Danko's is pretty impressive:

If you're thinking of slightly more casual dining, Bar Bambino and Cav are always good.

As part of a dinner service? Gary Danko has a nice cheese thing on wheels that they'll bring to your table. For a restaurant, I thought it had a nice selection - about 25-30 different cheeses, if I recall correctly (this was early last year).

We did two Gary Danko cheese plates instead of a "regular" dessert and found it incredible.
