Vegan chocolate cake at Ladera Ranch's Loving Hut

OMG, it was so awesome. It didn't have a disgusting margarine frosting, but a whipped tofu based frosting. Had drizzle of chocolate sauce on it. Had a slight cinnamon taste to the MOIST cake.

I had a chocolate cake with "vegan cream cheese" frosting at the Alhambra Loving Hut and it was totally disgusting. Dry hockey puck of a cake. Repellant slick of whatever fake cream cheese they apparently got hold of and slathered onto miserable cake hockey puck. On the other hand, the mongolian "beef" at the Alhambra location was totally awesome, just like bulgogi!
