Try Got Kosher in LA www.gotkosherinc.com
They distribute Neshama sausages. They also prepare their food with more sensitivity to additives than other prepared food retailers in the area. My family likes their home made brisket as an alternative to sliced deli meat.

Both Mealmart and 999 make nitrite free sausages, but they have to frozen. I believe that Monsey Glatt and Shoppers haven in Monsey may make their own deli meats without nitrites, worth asking.

I don't think that Empire's "natural" line of turkey has nitrites.
