New Raleigh 24 Hour Diner

I hadn't seen this reported, but according to the site New Raleigh, The Diner, a 24/7, spot in the former Hard Time Cafe has opened. Anyone been? Planning to go? It seems this was a much wanted type of place for people who have posted on the board on New Raleigh's website. Of course, I can't imagine eating much of anything after about 9pm. Weigh In with your thoughts..

It's owned by the guy who owns Hibernian and Solas. I'll bet it will be a least better than average. Hope so. Love the thought of a good diner in Raleigh.

My Northern compadres would hear the words 24/7 Diner and immediately ask if it was owned/ran by Greeks. This is not to sound racist, but apparently most diner up there (that they know) are and usually pretty good.

Thats not specific to the Northern part of the country. All of the current and former 24-hour diners here in Charlotte are Greek-owned. I figured Raleigh would be the same.
