re: galangatron
It didn't end up being that great of a meal. We ordered, to share, 1 full hainan chicken (although in its normal cold fashion, was served sans typical ginger / soy sauce dip), 1 order "coffee smoked beef ribs", and squid w/ sambal. Plus 3 orders of "chicken rice". The chicken was somewhat dry and flavorless... though the red chili sauce was kind of tasty. the coffee smoked beef ribs had an interesting (if a tad sweet) flavor, sort of honey-barbecue-ish, with a mild coffee/brownsugar note. the meat was very very chewy and gristly/fatty though, and made it a bit challenging to munch on. the squid dish was the best of the bunch, with deep complex flavors and plenty of vegetables... nice spiciness, deep sambal flavor. that was my fav.
Oh! and the worst part: The chicken rice itself was a miserable, dry rendition.. Basically salty yellow rice. No schmalzy chickeny goodness. :( V. disappointing.
Anyhow, I'm not in a huge hurry to go back to try this place. It was more enjoyable for the company than the food.

I tried it when they first opened, it was ok but did not inspire me enough that I would order it again. fwiw in this genre I much prefer the Empress chicken at Best Little restaurant a block away.

re: galangatron
I have and I think the one at Best Little Restaurant is better. There's a slightly more depth of flavor in my opinion, while I think the Wings version comes across as just more salty.
If you like to gnaw on chicken feet at dim sum, you can buy a box of just the chicken feet at Wing's of the leftover chicken feet, and it makes for a good snack food because of the saltiness/savory-factor.
