zojirushi water boiler

hi chows,

i have a zojirushi water boiler ... i LOVE it. see the second one from the left: ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/71GcstcVBdS.pdf

thing is, i'm a bit concerned about the possibility of something (i.e. chemical?) leaching into my water from the non-stick surface. i've ditched all my non-stick pots/pans ... i need to work on my bakeware (oh dear, i have tons). i REALLY don't want to part with my water boiler...

does anyone know what exactly this non-stick surface is made of? and does it/can it leach? especially at the high temps??
