anyone know of any creameries making spanish-style cheese in new england( ie. mahon, manchego...etc)

...and they are both excellent.
yes both great cheeses. Sankow Beaver Brook farm in CT makes a cheese with that sheepy tang called Farmstead and another one using raw cow's milk called Nehantic abbey which would be like a Mahon.
