It's my son's 18th birthday tomorrow and he wants to go some place fun and lively (think loud with lots of stuff happening). He likes all types of food, looking for something in East Valley, Hollywood, WeHo, Grove area. Preferably not too pricey - but good food would be a bonus. Thanks.

A little belated, but wanted to thank everyone for your recommendations. We ended up at Tokyo Delve's. The food left a little to be desired, but the party scene made up for it in spades. The 18 year-olds in attendance had a great time - even loved the food. Not sure they really noticed the food...Thanks again!
