Catering ideas in Sacramento?

I'm having a largish backyard wedding in Sacramento in September, and as I live out of town, would LOVE any ideas for catering. I'd like to do 2 different buffet stations with 2 different styles of food, and ideally use local, seasonal ingredients, all while keeping the cost down. Doable? Am I nuts? Suggestions? I'm open to all ideas including traditional caterers, taco trucks, anything...

Fat's will do Chinese catering. How about a whole chinese roast pig at your wedding? They'll talk about it for years to come.

What do you consider "keeping the cost down"?

One suggestion is Culinary Specialists, which is the catering arm of Mulvaneys Building and Loan. Mulvaneys is a very good restaurant that really specializes in food from local producers. Try the website www.culinaryspecialists.com.

      Good Luck
