I want to make Lobster Mac N Cheese, any advice
I suggest including asiago and fontina cheeses, and the meat from whole steamed Maine lobsters, not just tail meat. Truffle oil a plus.
I'd suggest adding truffle oil in the mix. Absolutely incredible.
