The only places doing business in this economy are breakfast places. So lets light it up with who has in their opinion the best ??. This should be good

We recently ate breakfast at Bella's on Whalley in New Haven and it was Very, Very Good.
our best on the shore is in Branford at the Waiting Station on the Green.
Both places have great coffee and food.

This is a little hole-in-the wall place, decor is very plain. But great breakfasts. You can order omelets as 1, 2 or 3 eggs. I find the one egg ham or kielbasi with red pepper omelet filing, but husband does a 2 egg mushroom. Comes with home fries and toast. I love that I can get raisin toast with my meal. Pancakes are also great - fluffy and large. The oatmeal butterscotch chip combo is different but good.

But please don't go on Sunday mornings in the summer. We already have to wait in line too often.
