israeli sandwich place in north miami

About 4 years ago went to this place on West Dixie Highway, maybe in the 160s-170s. In a cruddy strip mall, fabulous sandwiches and minted lemonade, brusque (at best) service, and stuffed with locals meeting, greeting, and eating.

Went looking for it a few months ago, no luck. I'm not sure if the place is gone or my memory is gone.

I think you are thinking of Etzel Itzik which is at 187th and West Dixie Highway.
