Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice?

I have a bunch of juice oranges and a hand-press juicer.

Can I make a pitcher of OJ ahead of time for the week or do I need to squeeze each AM to have with breakfast?

A week is way too long to store fresh squeezed OJ. Day old OJ, is, imo, pretty heavily impaired.

So, yes, squeeze it fresh each AM. It's the only way to do it justice.

I agree with Scot, fresh squeezed every morning is the only way to go, if for nothing more than optimum flavor. If you do it a few days in advance, the juice has a tendency to separate, which is easily remedied by stirring, and a week in advance may leave you with on-it's-way-to-fermented, "fuzzy" tasting juice.

How could a pitcher of cold fresh squeezed OJ last for more than a day anyway?

          Big point.
