Call Catapano Dairy Farm on Long Island (north fork). It's a goat farm. They might be willing. Worth asking at least. Although right now is not the right season...

Ossauiraty and gutsofsteel,
If either of you would be willing to answer some questions about why you prefer to drink raw milk I would love to hear from you. I am writing a piece that explores this topic.

It tastes better. And I like the texture. Those are the only reasons.

Actually, I have an allergy to cow's milk (protein allergy) and heard that some people with the allergy are able to drink raw milk without problems. I have not tried it yet, but hope to....if I am able to purchase some, that is!
I know that the pasteurization process significantly destroys the value of the milk, and for sure cheese made from raw milk is far superior to that made from the pasteurized version. Please let me know what your research is about- I would be interested to hear about it.

Sorry, there's more. Butter from raw milk, salted and unsalted and flavored.
