I was just there. Had 2 meals in the Gaylord at the seafood place, and wasn't bad for hotel food. The breakfast buffet was above avg. There's an elevation burger there that I'd been wanting to try for a while. Not bad, my tongue could't tell the difference between there and 5 guys, but hopefully the grass fed beef will be kinder to my heart.

Rosa Mexicana is just fine. I had a nice meal there last year. I'd also say that McCormick & Schmick would be a safe choice.
The WaPo gave Old Hickory Steak House a pretty good review. Grace's Mandarin, on the other hand, was panned unmercifully.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/gog/res...If you want something transcending, I'm sure we could give you recs across the river in Old Town. But, if you don't want to drive and park, or pay for the ferry, I think you'll find "good enough" if not enjoyable chow at National Harbor.
Have fun! -
