Champagne Seafood, San Mateo (formerly Joy Luck).
Is now open. Totally remodeled, now a big room with several private rooms along the side. It's apparently an independent restaurant, not a branch of another restauarnt. It's your typical Cantonese seafood place. Prices are a little high. Two of us had half empress chicken, pumpkind/ribs hot pot, and a stir fried pea shoot greens, total came to a little over $40. Have not tried any of their seafood yet. But it's a worthy addition to the row of Cantonese seafood places in mid pennisula. They of course have dim sum, order by menu.
Will return with a bigger group to try other dishes.
