A gift of cheese sauce

I got an odd gift of a very large industrial size can of cheese wiz . Not sure why but I do love cheese wiz but there is no way to eat this much wiz on dogs, steak and cheese or cheese fries. It is an industrial size can. It must be a gallon or 1.5 gallon of wiz.

I hate to throw out any food. How do I save and use as needed. How long will it last?

What can I do with this stuff?

    1. I'd donate that large a can to a place that feeds the homeless. I don't see how you could ever finish that entire can without wasting much of it.

      1. You can make mac & cheese, rice casseroles, veggie casseroles, soups; add to Home made bread bread dough, etc with the cheese and freeze it for later....

For now, spoon it into eggs, soups, potatoes; top veggies, nachos, tacos, chili, cheese biscuits, etc.

        1. You can freeze it after opening. I'd portion out into useable sized blobs and then freeze. It looks weird when you take it out and thaw it, but after it's nuked it's just fine.
