Any suggestions for Puebla?

I'm going to be in Puebla for lunch, dinner, breakfast, and maybe lunch again before heading to Mexico City.

Any suggestions?

    It's been a while since I've been in Puebla, but this thread from last year has lots of very useful information in it. Pay attention to the posts by RST.
