How were the dim sum? Did it become the best in Miami?

At those prices (plus a mandatory 18% service charge) they damn well better be the best dim sum this side of China. Can't wait for a review.

It is definitely the most expensive dim sum in Miami. It's also hands down the nicest looking place to have dim sum in Miami too. How was the food? I thought some things (turnip cake, gai lan) were great; some are tough to find elsewhere and are done pretty well (xiao long bao a/k/a Shanghai soup dumplings); some were decent but no better than, say, Tropical (which I think pretty highly of) (shrimp har gow, char siu bao); some were a bit disappointing (fish & sausage shiu mai). Menu is shorter than the London original, and also not as broad a selection as you'll find at Tropical or some other places.
