I need to make up a recipe (moved from Boston board)

Happy New Year! I woke up thinking about this awesome entree I used to by at What's Cookin Cafe in Somerville. I can't find Karen, the owner, anymore, even though supposedly she did catering for awhile after the cafe closed.

So, I'm forced to try to re-create her awesome recipe for Curried Cauliflower Tofu Bake.

I'm pretty sure that's what she called it, and I know she told me she put millet in it as well, so for a mostly vegetarian, this sounds really healthy. And Oh. My. God. was it tasty. It was like the consistency of a baked mac-n-cheese, but with curry flavor and a creaminess that didn't come from cheese. I LOVED it.

So, can anyone help me? I've done a million recipe searches, and there's nothing out there. Here's what I've put together as a kind-of recipe. Any suggestions about other recipes/websites/additions for the recipe would be awesome.

Cauliflower
Millet
Extra-firm tofu
Curry seasonings - curry poweder, cumin, ginger
Onion
Little bit of garlic only
Butter and Oil
??Flour?? to keep it together?

Those are the basic flavors I can imagine. I think I would cook the millet and cauliflower. Then I'd blend the cooked millet, tofu, and half the cauliflower together, or mash it really well. There wasn't a lot of texture - I never would have tasted a chunk of millet or tofu.

Then I would cook onion and garlic, and some very small chunks of remaining cauliflower together, and then put it all together with the curry seasonings.

I would try to keep the consistency fairly dry so it packed together. I want to avoid using flour, but until I get the correct consistency, I could use flour to bind.

Pack it into 9x13 pan (might start with something smaller as I'm experimenting) and bake it.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

    This recipe doesn't include millet, but it sounds pretty close to what you want.
