Atmosphere at Coco Pazzo Cafe? Or other suggestions for a cozy Italian place?

How is the atmosphere at Coco Pazzo Cafe?
I'm looking for something cozy, rustic (but modern--just not too modern), fireplace would be great, with great food but not pretentious. Elegant casual would be good. Does Coco Pazzo Cafe fit the bill? Any other suggestions?

If you are willing to go up to Lincoln Square, Pizza D.O.C. at 2251 W. Lawrence is also good, but naturally a bit more neighborhoody in character. They have more than just pizza.

Yes, Coco Pazzo Cafe fits your description. To tell the truth, so do most of our best mid-priced Italian places, including Coco Pazzo, Cafe Spiaggia, Vivere, Pane Caldo, etc.

I believe A Tavola might float your boat. There's no fireplace IIRC, but the space is small, intimate, rustic, romantic, etc. The food is world class good.
