Slow Roasted Prime Rib in Manhattan?

I suddenly remember the best slow-roasted prime rib I ever had -- in a joint called The Wicked Wolf on the UES, in its 80's hay days.

I wonder -- does anyone know of a reasonably-priced Manhattan place that serves this dish? What is the best SLPR you ever had?
