Homemade corned beef hash in Nashua, NH?

Does anyone know of a good breakfast place for homemade corned beef hash in or near Nashua, NH? Sadly, all of my local favorites serve canned. The Estabrook Grill on W. Hollis St. has a great homemade roast beef hash but I'd love to find a good corned beef version, or any other as long as it's homemade. I'd love to find fish hash but I think I'm out of luck around here! Thanks!

Update on the hash at the Estabrook Grill. They are changing their menu and the hash is now made with corned beef - Homemade and delicious!

Has anyone tried the CBH at the Sandwich Depot on Hall St. in Concord? Just noticed it the other day on the breakfast menu..

I don't know for sure but I would try The Four Sister's Owl Diner in Lowell or Rosie's Diner in N.Chelmsford (Vinyl Sqr).

Belmont Hall in Manchester claims to have home-made hash.

Oh yes - Breakfast at the Belmont Hall is excellent! Too close to be on my radar but worth the drive. Thanks!

Oddly, I've never tried the CBH at Belmont Hall. I keep meaning to, but usually I end up with something else that intrigues me more. Like the pulled pork hashbrowns (http://www.flickr.com/photos/kaszeta/...

                )

Has no one been to the Country Kitchen in Hollis... Breakfast is to die for and the Hash is homemade and superb!

                    +1

I was just about to post the same. Easily the best hash I've had.

If you're willing to go as far as Lowell, then know that on weekends, Shawsheen Luncheonette in North Andover serves up great homemade corned beef hash...but they tend to run out by noontime.

Have you tried either of these places?

                http://www.dreamdiner.com in Tyngsborough,MA

                http://milford.redarrowdiner.com/

Not in Nashua, but close enough if they have what you are looking for. Sorry haven't eaten at either, but maybe the have homemade.

Hope someone who knows or has eaten at either may be able to help.

Also, how about Jackie's on Main in Nashua? Good Luck.

I don't believe Red Arrow has homemade hash...to be honest, I don't think their breakfasts are worth the trip there at all. Right across from the one in Milford is the River House Cafe, with FAR better pancakes, home-raised eggs...that would be the place I could see making homemade hash.

If Red Arrow's is homemade, it certainly resembles the canned stuff (I've seen this at a lot of places to go to the effort of making their own hash, but resulting in something almost indistinguishable from the canned stuff)

I went the Red Arrow in Milford for the first time last fall and got a decent burger . When I tried to go back a second time and was ignored while sitting at the counter for a good 5 minutes I left, never to return. I mean yeah it was busy, but to not even be acknowledged when someone is three feet away from you multiple times ? There are other places to go , not to mention ones that aren’t as cramped for space.

I have to say that's one of my pet peeves about customer service - to NOT acknowledge a customer really drives me insane. It takes 2 seconds to say "hey, good morning, I'll be right with you". I just divorced myself from my drugstore because they wouldn't even make eye contact, they avoided looking up even.

and we've been to River House since my post...they do not make homemade hash.

                      Jackie's hash is NOT home-made, I asked.
