We dined out last night and had grits flavored with fermented black garlic. I heard it 's imported from Thailand. What gives it it's flavor and where can we buy it.
black garlic is fermented, aged garlic. it comes from Korea, and I believe some of it comes from CA. The flavor is natural, it comes from the processing.
