Gio Chanh Cong

Hi - I've bought something from a Thai shop labelled Gio Chanh Cong - it's some sort of (frozen) Vietnamese pork product and I'm wondering exactly what it is and what recipes I should try it in/how I should eat it??

    First, your question would have gotten more attention if it is placed "Greater Asia" instead of "Cookware". Are you talking about a compressed homogenized pork roll wrap in aluminum foil? If so, it is Vietnamese. Just cut it up and you can either pan fry it or just cook it in soup.
