Need Venue for Graduation Party. Please Help!

I am planning my college graduation party in May. It is going to be a large crawfish boil (my fav.) with my friends and family, around 50-100 people.
What I am looking for is a venue that has an outdoor place to cook, eat and drink. I'd also like to have an indoor spot close by because, let's face it, Austin in May is ridiculously hot. We will provide all of our own food, cooking supplies, and drinks so there's no service needed.
I'm whiling to pay anywhere between $1,000 to $1,500 to rent a venue for the day, but for some reason I haven't had much luck finding a place. I was eager to get the Zilker Park Clubhouse, but it is already reserved for my graduation day, May 8th.
I'm desperate to find a place and get reservations before everything is taken so if anyone has suggestions I'd be ever so thankful!!!
So to sum up, here's my criteria:
-No service needed
-Outdoor and Indoor areas
-Allows food and alcoholic beverages
Also on the subject of Crawfish, I've always gotten my fresh ones at Fiesta, for some reason their seafood has always been in perfect condition for me. I was thinking about conning my grandparent in bringing coolers of fresh crawfishies from their home in Louisiana, but I'd hate for them to die by the time they make the trip here. Does anyone have suggestions on where I can find the best fresh crawfish here in Austin?
You're looking for Mayfield Park. It fits every part of your list...plus, there are peacocks. I went to a wedding crawfish boil there a few years ago, and it was fantastic.
The building is a lovely old house, there's lots of room to eat/drink/party/wander both indoor and out. In fact, I love it so much, I want an invite to yours :)
