Egg Question
Hi Everyone!
Ive been reading a lot about people cooking eggs in the microwave...is this possible? Does it work on egg whites too? Do you have to add oil?

i do it occasionally. i beat the whites with salt, pepper, and herbs of choice if desired, til they get a little frothy, then pour them in a bowl sprayed with pam. i generally do them on a medium-high heat or power 7 or 8 and just watch 'em. they go from "almost done" to "oh good lord these are so much more than done" in seconds. but personally, im weird and like em a little brown and crispy round the edges. sometimes i'll even throw some salsa in, usually half way through cooking, otherwise the tomatoes explode. OH! and cover the eggs with a paper towel, at the very least, as they often EXPLODE.
