Oliveto - what not to miss? weekday lunch

Oliveto receives such positive reviews on the board, but I'd like to know if the Hounds have any suggestions for what not to miss. I know the menu changes frequently. I love anything "crackling" and salame, and also desserts (I'm easy to please!).

Darn - only the Cafe is open for lunch tomorrow. Since we'll be up that direction anyway, I'm still going to give it a try. Will report back.

In which case I would say:

Pizza w/ egg and rocket. If you have company, get the salumi plate as well, possibly a salad or veg.

Thanks! Looks like the egg & rocket pizza is a hit. We don't have company (just me & my husband), but I think we'll order the salumi plate anyway ;)

Carne cruda, lardo, meatballs (polpettini), pastas (particularly the labor-intensive filled ones), sugo, anything made with Paine Farm poultry or Watson Farm lamb or Magruder Ranch beef or veal, polenta.

          Upstairs or down?

I love the basic pizza with an egg baked on top, with a bowl of olives. Whenever I am in the neighborhood this is what I order
