Seems like there gone now for good. No sign, and a big space available sign now.

This place has arrived, and it was bad. Not that I had any great expectations, but after I was seated, it took so long for a server to acknowledge me that I was just about ready to leave. Once I ordered,it took only about a minute for some tiny, rubbery, tasteless (nuked?) pancakes to arrive. At one point during my meal, I dared put my fork down for a few seconds to take a sip of my soda and the server who had grossly ignored me earlier swooped in at warp speed without warning from behind to clear my plate and I had to inform her I wasn't finished. Duh..... I think its all about turning tables and the place was actually busy.

Ugh. So you're saying it's going from bad to worse!

Yes, just what the area needs another chain. A's will close sometime in January, then IHOP will refurb it their way, over the next couple of months or however long it takes to do whatever their "theme" is.

It really is a bad spot for a restaurant.

I just did a search on IHOP, and you are right they are affilated with Applebee's. I didn't know that.
