NYE Mexican?

So I've read all the posts I could find regarding Mexican restaurants in and around Boston. My question is this: any ideas/suggestions for a Mexican place we could have dinner and drinks on New Year's Eve?

Here would be our (or my husband's wish list...I really am fine with sangria and carne asada):
-good food
-staff from Mexico
-they know how to make a michelada or ojo rojo
-easily accessible on the T.

Yeah, that's about it...not too concerned with the relative "authenticity" of the place as long as the wait staff are Spanish-speaking and Mexican. And a lively atmosphere would be great!

I will also go back over the previous posts discussing Mexican restaurants and start checking out places one by one, but would also appreciate any thoughts you may have off the top of your collective heads!

I've heard good things about José's in Cambridge (131 Sherman St): http://www.josesmex.com. I checked the website, and according to Open Table they are taking reservations for New Year's Eve. I would call first of course. The owner, Carlos, and his family are from Mexico.
