Guatemalan in Renton?

Will be travelling in GUA this spring wih my son. Could only find one Guatemalan rest. in the area - Chapinlandia - I found conflicting addresses on the web for the establishment so we went to both and struck out.

Anyone know if this place still exists, and is it any good?

Any other suggestions for some authentic Guatemalan in the area?

Sabor Chapin, in Burien, which google lists as 15116 8th Avenue Southwest
Burien, WA 98166, [phone]. I have seen it but have never been inside or tried it. Can't find much of any write-up online.
