Can anyone direct me to a place where I can buy boudin blanc. Sure, I know Surfas, anywhere else? What about other Saucisson? Thanks!

Your first stop should be the European Deluxe Sausage Kitchen. They've been in business for eons and feature over two dozen different sausages from around the world, made fresh daily. Reliable quality and service. Call first to ensure availability.

EDSK make (most of) what they sell.

And EDSK, which I have loved for probably 40 years, does not do French sausages of any kind. They do German sausages and some South African things, but it is not French. Just as a Weisswurst, Bockwurst is not a boudin blanc.

...but they do make an excellent andouille (Cajun Style)...I know of a number of local restaurants that have used them for this over the years. The only problem is price...you can get the "real" thing shipped from LA(the state!) for less than EDSK charges!

I agree with previous posters...go to Surfas!

We had some wonderful boudin blanc on Christmas at Le Saint Amour in Culver City. They make and sell their own charcuterie. Call or check the website.

Although it's only open to the public a few weekends a year (usually just before major holidays)
Epicure Imports in North Hollywood has a nice selection of French saucisson.
