I’ve yet to see Caribou on any menu. It is essentially the same as Reindeer, albeit wild, which I have enjoyed in the past at Josie in Santa Monica, the Cat & Custard Cup in La Habra, Jagerhaus in Anaheim and Three Forks (now closed) in Claremont. It is somewhat seasonal and now ‘tis the season.
Your best bet may be to contact Josie. She may be planning a presentation or be willing to do one up especially for you. Game meats, wonderfully prepared, are her forte.
