New restaurant in Smuggler's?

At Christmas, my aunt mentioned that Smuggler's was creating a new restaurant out of the portion of the restaurant facing McLeod Tr. (Calgary) and they would be serving "appetizers" (tapas?). Anyone heard anything about this?

My inside source says tapas too but if he gave me more details I've forgotten them. Does that help? Well, it at least adds another layer of confirmation.
