I'm looking for St. Joseph's day pastries for Saturday. (I married an NYC Italian, so I like to honor that tradition.) Last year I found good ones at the Eagle Rock Italian Bakery and Deli, but I'd prefer not to drive that far this year; I live in West Hollywood. Are there any good Italian bakeries closer to my neck of the woods?

Call
LA BOTTEGA MARINO DELI
11363 SANTA MONICA BLVD

whatever their number is, and ask. May happen.

Also
call their restaurant on Melrose, Marino's, which also used to have a bakery/deli.

If someone else is in the valley, Pinocchio/monte carlo's on Magnolia might be good.
