What should I do with it ?
quiche-great if you add spinach or broccoli. Ham salad- grate the ham, add grated onions, sweet pickles and a bit of mayo. Split pea soup.
Cut into small cubes, mix with cooked rice, chopped green onions, grated cheddar cheese, and a little bit of sour cream. S&P. Bake at 350 until warm throughout and turning golden brown on top.
Bag and freezer is another option. Pull out as needed for breakfast or whatever.
Save the bone for beans.
