  1. quiche-great if you add spinach or broccoli. Ham salad- grate the ham, add grated onions, sweet pickles and a bit of mayo. Split pea soup.

    1. Cut into small cubes, mix with cooked rice, chopped green onions, grated cheddar cheese, and a little bit of sour cream. S&P. Bake at 350 until warm throughout and turning golden brown on top.

        Mmmm...sounds good!

      2. Bag and freezer is another option. Pull out as needed for breakfast or whatever.

        Save the bone for beans.

        1. Monte Cristo sandwiches, Navy Bean Soup with Ham, Denver Omelets. :)

          1. If you are craving something with pasta, this one is very rich and delicious:

            1. Quiche, frittata, topping for pizza and sandwiches are staples in our house. And of course, save the bone for soup.

              1. Make a hash with cubed sweet potatoes, onions, peppers, grated ginger...cook in a skillet with a little butter & oil until they become almost crispy then toss in cubed ham and continue to cook until a hash...so good...also, Chop or grind it up and add it to scalloped potatoes; baked potato soup; mix with vegetables and sauce to make enchiladas, etc.

Add the ham into a scalloped potato or au gratin dish. Yum!
