    Andina does Peruvian small-plates. Metrovino is a wine bar with small plates as well. I've been hearing awesome things about Gruner so you might want to check that out as well.

      We just ate at Clyde Common and I was impressed by their creative and hand crafted bar menu. You might consider checking it out. Also, the bar at Veritable Quandary is really cozy and has a nice app and drink menu. Toro Bravo is supposed to have wonderful tapas. Just some thoughts...
