Las Vegas/Henderson fine dining

Hi hounds! I'll be in Vegas for a weekend- first evening at Le Cirque prior to seeing O. We'll be staying with family in the Henderson/Lake Las Vegas area and would like to take our hosts out to a nice dinner the next night. I'm considering Daniel Boulud (and being from SF have enjoyed restaurants like Michael Mina or Bouchon), but don't necessarily need/want to head back to the strip. What else should I check out in the area? Thanks for your guidance!

Todd's Unique in Henderson. Very good, high quality, and relaxed atmosphere, but not open on Sundays.

You will be happy with Todd's. Gaetano's for Northern Italian.
