nel centro restaurant
after watching the movie avatar we stumbled across this restaurant walking toward our car last saturday evening. the first impression was a good looking architecture along with the hotel lobby, the place was crowded and with no reservation. we sat at the bar and ordered a martini and daiquiri. for entrees we had beef short ribs and seafood risotto. the 4 short ribs arrived and arranged at 12,3, 6 and 9 positions on the plate, there were no bones, no fat, and no flavor. there was no incidence that the beef were short ribs. the risotto fare better, but could have been more al dente. total cost was $72 plus tip. i rated a 2-star.
