BUFFET BREAKFAST

Can you suggest a place for a good buffet breakfast? We are staying on 44th west area, but we won't mind walking or taking a taxi

The noted Ritz is a good suggestion, for it serves a GREAT brunch; but bring your big wallet; actually not certain which day you want, so please check with them. If you are speaking of weekends and are willing to s'way (2,3 from west side or 4,5 from the east side, or walk!!), Ulysses on Stone Street serves one of the best brunches on the planet. Better when you can sit outside, of course, but for value, hard to beat.

NYC is not big on the pseudo-fancy buffets. Maybe a hotel would be your best bet. The Ritz at Battery Park perhaps? I think Brasserie 8 1/2 does one too.
