Victoria St Market in Durban

My friends just got back from Africa and brought me back spices. Biryani Mix, Extra Special Durbs Masala, Nandos, and then just some regular Bay Leaves and Cassia Bark (Along with this red fish rub in a bag with some tape and no name). Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what to make or maybe links to recipes they like with the mixes.
