Pousse Cafe?

Anyone know where to get one of these in NYC? Any borough will do.

A pousse cafe is a style of an after dinner drink that any bar can make. It is typically made with cordials which are layered on top of one another for visual affect. One variation is the B-52. Kahlua is added first in the bottom of the glass, Baileys is gently layered on top without mixing the two together and then Grand Marnier is floated on top. The term pousse cafe hasn't been used in many years, however, if you ask your bartender if he knows how to make any layered drinks, such as the B52, he may know of one or two. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I know what a pousse cafe is. But I'm not convinced that every bartender knows the viscosity of various liqueurs and cordials off the top of his head. I'm looking for a bar where it's on the menu.
