Thick, European style hot chocolate

Where do i get it - the stuff like I've had in Spain and elsewhere that is so thick that your spoon could stand straight up in it? The stuff that, dare I say it, is not that far off from the short-lived Starbucks Chantico drinking chocolate?

sundae's and cones on 10th st near 2nd ave..not as thick but tastes like it

The thickest I can think of is City Bakery and I'm partial to the one at Jacques Torres too.
