Just read this article that has me salivating. It even references Incanto, one of my favorite restaurants in this country. Has anyone seen 'nduja on a menu in DC? I'd love to try it!

    I read the NYT article and order a 'nduja from Baccalone in SF. Maybe Dean Gold woll consider putting it on the menu???
