Give me some recommendations on the finest ketchups, mustards, hummuses, soy sauces, tapenades, etc. that are made local to Los Angeles. Oh yeah, NO HOT SAUCE. Gotta branch out, you know?

Best Chili sauce by far, This is old fashioned chili sauce sweet like ketchup, never tried any receipes just use it straight out of the jar like ketchup. Add horseradish and you've got the best cocktail sauce.
